Dr. Seul Chul-hwan was invited as a speaker in the Symposium of Daegu Gyeongbuk Council of the Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons held in large auditorium in the Medical College of Gyeongbuk University, on March 18, 2012, and gave a lecture of a theme titled “Strategy for capsular contracture”.

He introduced about the advanced techniques of secondary operation of film contracture (capsular contracture). His unique and high technique received good responses.
